Why Bubbles continue to create?

Why Bubbles continue to create?
People’s memory is short term and they forget how last bubble was formed and prickled.
The sure beneficiary from a bubble like brokers, analysts, corporate wants the bubble. Because simply their profit increases in such periods and decreases when bubble busts or absence of it.

New players:
Every time there are several new players (investors, students, analysts, brokers, fund managers, mf company, foreign financial company, new FIIs, traders etc.) who enter in markets. They generally do not have any past market (bubble) experience and hence no institutional memory.
People with memory and experience have lost in earlier bubble and now out of market.
A big class of so many people with memory and experience start taking things for granted. They either have learned that bubbles do get created and prickled or have become habituated of bull market and bear markets. That is why they do not react rationally and joins the market in way it goes.
Every time different themes are contended for bull markets, but

Lessons for Investors and Traders

Don’t regret that you have not bought many stocks that are rising. Many stocks that are making highs. Mostly for the stocks of companies you don’t know anything about.
Remain contended with your profits.
At the same time don’t lay idle. Act with markets if you want profits. You have got to trade in companies shares that you know well about.
You have got to believe in the power of fundamentals. And then understand the game of volumes.
You also have to get the ‘right’ idea about ‘general conditions’ what is explained by jesse Livermore in his famous book ‘reminiscence of a stock operator’
Never take profits for granted. Don’t think things are easy and you got it your way. Keep your feet on ground.
Some misconceptions and misunderstandings: prevailing amongst investor class.
When a company

Financial Technologies Ltd.

More than a year ago
Financial Technologies Ltd.was quoting at Triple digit PE.
Obviously for any matured investor this was not a price to buy.

The stock plunged to below 500 an it was a great buy at these levels.
But Today it is trading at around 1400.
If we calculate PE taking average EPS of last 5 years,
Then the PE comes around 17.
Is this valuation high or unreasonable.

In the markets events happen. There is nothing wrong in it. But the only problem is that investors get confused. And those who are least informed and does not constitute amongst the HNI list of brokerages and high-profile portfolio managers Almost get a Fainting.
Markets saw a Sharp response on the Day of 7 May 2010. It was the day when the Supreme Court in a Big judgment comprising India’s two largest Corporate, gave verdict in favor of RIL group and dismissed RNRL’s all contentions. This was a case lost which was aggressively and patiently pursued by the Reliance ADAG Group. The verdict against R-ADAG group took the group companies shares smashing down. RNRL tanked close to 27% and R-Power tanked close to 12% on that day. There was a complete dispersion amongst investors. Because the case was much hyped and

Agri-Commodity Traders Learn-India's Monsoon Economy

We have been always of the opinion every trader should increase his knowledge. At least one step a day. Thus, He will see a huge improvement in his activity over a period of even as shorter as 6 month or a year.
Friends, you wake up everyday, trade the same commodity, Get tips from here and there, end up the day with some monetary plus or minus. Is this all?
By learning we are not telling you to become commodity analyst. Our only argument is that if you have basic knowledge and familiarity about the commodity you are trading; you will be much more confident with every passing day. This Confidence is 'the fundamental' and 'rational confidence' and Not the one we use frequently 'emotional confidence' or one used for 'enthusiastic willingness to take risk.
This also corresponds and explains our slogan "Profit with Confidence".
So, we hope now you know the two types of confidence namely 'illusory confidence' and 'fundamental confidence'.
We will write more on this later.
Keep coming back!

Ben Bernanke on Europe Crisis and USA recovery

Our team has always kept a close eye into statements of personalities and institutions as we strongly believe that there could be a lot of readings derived from such statements and comments.
This doesn’t mean that we take granted them as they speak. It is not accepting as they give but it is the interpretation, with keeping in mind various other factors.
More than few times we have noticed contradicting statements/comments from same inst/personality or diff inst/personality of a govt. This exercise thus also becomes fun for many reasons.
We have also been amazed from a complete change of tone of some RBI governors after they retire from the official post.

Yesterday, the US Federal Reserve Chairmen Ben Bernanke gave following comment on the prevailing Europe crisis:
European leaders are committed to ensuring the survival of the euro and have enough money to meet obligations of heavily indebted member countries.
$1 trillion package is a lot of money to cop up with the problem.
Investors were not yet convinced Europe's debt problems would be resolved.
More European rescue money may be needed.
European leadership is strongly committed to doing whatever is necessary to preserve the euro, preserve the euro zone, preserve the European project, and avoid financial problems that would certainly arise.
He also said the US economy appeared to have enough momentum to  avoid a "double-dip" recession, citing strengthening consumer and business spending.
There are some signs the private sector is picking up the baton.
Pace of USA economic recovery is  moderate.
The depth of recession is big.
Employment will rise only slowly for now.

All in all there is not much to decipher from the comments.
The comments on USA situation is not different than previous comments and Obama's remarks.
The endorsement that Europe Package is sufficient is a noticing one as well as comment on Europe's leadership's thrust to preserve European project indicates his close involvement in the developments of post Greece crisis unveilment and recent Hungary etc. revealition.

Foreign Money Managers finding bargains in emerging market: Compares PE of sectoral stocks of Developed Mkt and Emerging Mkts

A recent Bloomberg report cited money managers finding bargains giving PE comparison amongst sectoral picks or developed markets vs. emerging markets. It mentions TAT MOTORS as cheaper compared to Germany’s Volkswagen. It remains to be seen if this thing become a trend and weather foreign money managers make it a part of analysis too and weather domestic investor cheer this. At least, we find this significant to put before you.
Below is the excerpts from the article followed by link
June 4 (Bloomberg) -- The biggest drop in emerging-market stocks since October 2008 is giving money managers the chance to find bargains in world-class companies from Sao Paulo to Moscow that are leading their peers in profit growth.
Itau Unibanco Holding SA, Latin America’s largest bank by market value, trades at a 75 percent discount to Wells Fargo & Co. as analysts say the Brazilian lender will increase profit three times faster. Tata Motors Ltd.’s price-to-earnings ratio is 23 percent less than Volkswagen AG’s even though profits at the Mumbai-based maker of the world’s cheapest car are rising twice as fast. OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, is valued at the lowest on record versus Canada’s EnCana Corp.
